Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@eyewearcraft.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent at the address we will provide you . 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EyewearCraft Return Policy

At EyewearCraft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we're here to help with easy returns within 90 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Full-Priced Items: Eligible for returns within 90 days of receipt. This includes Sunglasses, Prescription Glasses, and Blue Light Glasses.
  • Sale/Promotional Items: Final sale and not eligible for refunds or merchandise credits.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Start Your Return: Contact our team via chat or phone or e-mail. 
  2. Approval and Instructions: Upon approval, we’ll send a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping: Please use the provided shipping label for a smooth return process. 5 percent restocking fee will be applied 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If there is a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us right away, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange, please return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re located in the EU, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in the original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it was approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please reach out to our team.

Warranty on Frames

EyewearCraft frames are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage, or natural wear and tear (including mirror lens scratches and nicks).
